Renting instead of buying is one of the simplest swaps you can make for a more sustainable event, and it’s something we feel genuinely proud to be part of at Set Event Rentals.
Every piece leaves us freshly washed using eco-certified detergents, packed into reusable crates, and delivered personally by Julie. No single-use packaging, no couriers, no corners cut.
Our unit is just down the road from home, which keeps things simple, local, and a little bit less frantic on delivery day.

Submit your quote with your event date and venue. Our system will automatically check availability behind the scenes.
Review
Your quote comes straight to us. We’ll confirm availability and final details before approving your booking.
Confirm & secure
You’ll receive an email to confirm whether your quote has been accepted. Your booking is secured once a £100 deposit is paid.

I first came across Julie when I was looking for some gold beaded charger plates for my daughter’s marquee wedding in the Lake District. She was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Due to various unforeseen events, the venue and caterer changed and we ended up placing the full crockery order with them.
Julie was great at guiding me through the whole process and she built up a relationship with our caterer (Foray, who are just the best!) and Jessica Sharpe (our wedding planner – she and her team were outstanding) which enabled everything to flow smoothly.
